Comfortable stay in Oita

Staff was very helpful and they kept mineral water every day in our room. We could send post easily from hotel itself, they gave us box too. Lawson was also right in 1st floor. Free coffee and teabags were provided on lobby.

Shower handle was not showering well and carpets seemed to be a bit old and dirty. Maybe those 2 needs replacement.

Good location and clean room

The location of the hotel is very close to the castle and walking distance to the streets with restaurants. It was nice that there were two bottles of water provided in the room.

The room is a bit compact with old fashion interior design. However, it's pretty clean.

Wonderful

Location is good. We can park our car at the hotel ( our car's height is lower than 155 cm.) There is a market near the hotel. We can walk to find some restaurant. The room is as good as the price. The breakfast room is a little small but the food is great. Also there is Lawson shop at the entrance.

Clean. Good view. Good location.

Location: near to Oita Castle, central shopping malls and bus stops to Park Place Oita (gigantic shopping complex on a hill top) and many other places in Oita. The room was clean and with good view of the avenue in front of the Main station.

Anyone can get into the room area without going through the lobby area because the elevator is at the street level. No exclusive restaurant (where they serve breakfast is the one facing the street and can be used by anyone). The staff was not very lenient with check out time (customers would pay extra fee if check out 30 minutes late).

Good location. Very helpful staff. Convenience store below which was helpful. My wife had a disability but they sorted for us a large room with disabled facilities in a good location, plus a wheelchair. Very good.

Most of the rooms are on the small side, bed against the wall. Depends what you are looking for. But comfortable.

Pleasant stay, its exactly what you would expect from a business hotel

Its a business hotel chain so you know what youre getting. Its clean, has the basic amenities, and its quiet. And I was right beside the elevator.

Location is relatively fine, 10 min walk to the station and surrounded by food options (albeit dead night life on a Sunday). The only thing that was annoying was the long lights to cross the streets to get to the hotel, but thats not their fault.

Great Value for a Comfortable Stay

I had a very satisfying stay at this hotel considering the price. Despite booking a twin room on the same day, the room was spacious and comfortable. Positives: The presence of two Korean staff members made communication easy for Korean guests. The hotel room was large and comfortable. The location is excellent, with an airport bus stop right in front of the hotel and major tourist attractions nearby.

Areas for Improvement: English communication was nearly impossible, and the translation device provided at reception did not work well. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for travelers looking for convenience and comfort.
